Adirondack Exteme Adventure Course
This is a Tree Top Adventure Course set in a natural environment, the beautiful Adirondacks of Bolton Landing New York. The obstacles are suspended between trees and participants stay securely clipped into a red safety cable throughout the course. The obstacles you will find in our park include zip lines, suspended bridges, scramble nets, swinging logs, surf boards, and much more.

Step back in time as you walk the nature trails in the midst of a primeval Adirondack Forest. Stroll past Rainbow Falls, Elephant's Head, Column Rock, Hyde's Cave and the eerie quiet of Mystic Gorge. Descend hundreds of feet and walk the natural stone walkways within the Chasm and gaze upon eons of geologic history etched in stone. Take a scenic raft or tube adventure on the legendary waters of the Ausable River through a maze of breathtaking rock formations sculpted across thousands of years by the river's currents.

Secret Caverns
Secret Caverns' lodge is located 35 miles west of Albany, NY, between U.S. route 20 and route 7, close to Howe Caverns.
The wonders of nature's underground passageways reveal the Secret - a magnificent 100 foot underground waterfalls! beneath the beautiful hills of central New York.
Secret Caverns tours feature a fun experience with trained guides and small groups departing the main lodge approximately every 20 minutes.

Carl Heilman
Carl Heilman has been involved in the sport of snowshoeing ever since making his first pair of snowshoes in the early 1970's. He has written numerous articles on the subject and has also published a booklet on making snowshoes (unnavailable until fall 2004). He's been leading beginner's and advanced snowshoeing workshops for the Adirondack Mtn. Club and the Appalachian Mtn. Club since the mid 1980's and has also done programs and workshops for many other organizations and schools throughout the northeast.
